Pension Wise

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has published draft amendments to the regulations governing the incoming pension flexibilities.

The Pension wise website has been launched by the government as part of plans to roll out a guidance guarantee service from April.

The Treasury will make it a criminal offence for fraudsters to masquerade as Pension wise service providers after taking action against a suspected scam site.
