Women in Pensions 2025: Nominations open!

Professional Pensions’ Women in Pensions Awards is returning this November and is now open for nominations.

Do you work with a woman who is a trailblazer within pensions? Or perhaps you know a woman whose contribution to a project or task has gone above and beyond? Perhaps there is an inspiring newcomer to the industry in your midst, or a dynamic lawyer, administrator, or mentor who deserves to be recognised at the highest level.

If so, PP is ready to celebrate their achievements at the 8th annual Women in Pensions Awards, where the industry comes together to recognise the dynamic talent among us.

The Women in Pensions Awards are all about appreciating the most remarkable achievements of women in the sector as they push to make our industry better and brighter every year.

Having access to a broader pool of talent can help to create a more sustainable pensions industry for all; encouraging the very highest level of gender diversity is a crucial step to accomplishing this. In highlighting the achievements of women already in the sector, the Women in Pensions Awards will help to inspire more women to lend their skills and experience to the rewarding industry of pensions.

The Women in Pensions Awards firmly believes initiatives that aim to inspire and campaign for greater representation of women both in pensions and on trustee boards have a key role to play in supporting gender diversity. We believe the Women in Pensions Awards can complement these initiatives by shining a spotlight on the work of inspirational and ground-breaking women in the pensions sector.

The awards are open to those working for firms operating in the UK's pensions industry as well as those either working for, or governing, individual occupational pension schemes.

Nominations are now open, requiring some basic details about the person, company or scheme you are nominating. You can also nominate yourself! The deadline for nominations is Wednesday 2 April.

Please note that there is a strict limit of two entries per person. Women currently on maternity leave and women who have retired (at a date no earlier than 1 December 2024) can also be nominated.
