Rotork scheme and Aviva agree £70m buy-in deal

The Rotork Pension and Life Assurance Scheme has completed a £70m buy-in transaction with Aviva.

The deal is the second the scheme has entered into with the insurer, following an £80m pensioner buy-in last year, and secures the benefits of 19 pensioners and dependants and 322 deferred members....
