Xafinity has announced it will float on the London Stock Exchange from 16 February in a bid to grow the business and "disrupt" the wider consultancy market.
It plans to use its listed status to develop its public profile and access capital markets, which could then lead to it acquiring other businesses in the occupational and personal pensions sectors....
