The National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF) has chosen Friends Provident to serve up its stakeholder scheme.

The NFFF has around 2000 members employing upwards of 10,000 staff.

The NFFF stakeholder plan was launched at its annual conference held in Harrogate and full details will be released to members soon.

The NFFF said: "Scare stories have appeared in the press of the potential costs to small businesses setting up the scheme. The good news for NFFF members using our stakeholder scheme is that they should only have to pay for postage or the odd telephone call."
