DGZ Deka Bank subsidiaries Deka Deutsche Kapitalanlagegesellschaft and Deka Investment Management (DIM) in Germany are to merge to form a new investment management company.
The launch of the new company, which insiders say may be called Deka Investments, is planned for January 2002 and assets under management for the new venture will be in excess of EUR92bn (£56.6bn)....
