One third of DB schemes report rise in running costs

Nearly one third of defined benefit (DB) schemes have seen a sharp rise in their running costs in the past year, research from TPT Retirement Solutions shows.

The firm's survey of 100 DB scheme trustees found 32% had seen their running costs increase by more than 50% in the last year, while nine in ten said their costs had risen by 10%. On average, TPT's...
