Most professional trustees to step down within three years

Four in five professional defined benefit (DB) pension trustees plan to step down from their role within the next three years, according to research by Charles Stanley Fiduciary Management.

The firm's research revealed the industry "may be facing a retention crisis", as 80% of professional DB trustees said they will step down within three years, up from 62% who said the same in 2021. ...
