RMT carries out fresh strike action over pensions

Further strike action on the London Underground has gone ahead today (10 November) after Transport for London (TfL) and the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers (RMT) failed to reach an agreement over the pensions of tube workers.

A funding deal between TfL and the government, which was agreed in August, had left a "significant funding gap" which Mayor of London Sadiq Khan said required TfL to suggest options for the reform ...
