Defined benefit (DB) transfer values rose sharply in July and neared record highs, according to XPS Pensions Group.

The firm's Transfer Watch revealed that transfer values reached £260,000 in July, just shy of the £261,500 record high in July 2020. For comparison transfer values sat at £248,000 in June 2021 and ...
