Top comedian Rich Hall will present the UK Pensions Awards 2016, supported by the ACM Gospel Choir.
The 19th annual UK Pensions Awards will be held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on Thursday, 5 May 2016.
Rich Hall (pictured) is a grouchy, deadpan, comic genius who quit his job as a hurricane namer for the United States Meteorological Service two decades ago, and hasn't looked back since.
Looking like a Pearl Jam roadie, Hall is a master of absurdist irony and commenting on the human condition. He particularly likes to lay into Americans and life across the Pond at every opportunity.
He us a regular visitor to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival; has performed at major comedy clubs in Britain and across the world; and is well-known in the US for appearing and writing on The David Letterman Show, for which he won two Emmy Awards
Hall has also written and presented his own TV shows in the UK and has appeared regularly on: Have I Got News For You, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, Jack Dee's Sunday Service and Edinburgh Nights.
The ACM Gospel Choir were dubbed the "coolest choir" on BBC1's Last Choir Standing and are considered to be one of the finest groups of singers in the UK today.
The choir's highlights include performing for the Queen and recording the 2010 World Cup opening theme song with Nelson Mandela.
In addition to Rich Hall and the ACM Gospel choir there will also be a surprise guest band to close the evening.
