Whitbread will give its employees as little information as possible in a bid to avoid "frightening" them off with auto-enrolment.

The global hospitality company - whose brands include Premier Inn, Beefeater, and Costa Coffee - has 35,000 employees in the UK, with 10,000 set to be auto-enrolled once it reaches its staging date...
