NETHERLANDS - ING Groep NV's Dutch pension fund's coverage ratio rose from 115% to 116% in November due to rising interest rates.
Dutch pension funds are required to have a minimum funding of 105%. ING's coverage ratio was at 116% in July but fell to 111% in August and has steadily increased since.
