Uniq could hand majority of equity to scheme trustees

Uniq and the pension scheme trustees have come up with a revised funding agreement that could see 90% of the company's equity handed to the trustees.

The agreement - subject to approval from both TPR and shareholders - is a deficit for equity swap, together with a re-leveraging of the company to fund a partial share buy-back from the pension fun...
