US - Strong equity markets helped deliver an 18.3% return in the six months through September 30 at the New York State Common Retirement Fund (CRF), trustee and state comptroller Thomas DiNapoli said.
Total assets reached US$126bn in the first six months of the scheme's fiscal year. DiNapoli said: "Strong performance in the domestic and international stock markets is driving fund performance....
