Portuguese funds crawl into 2002

PORTUGAL - Portuguese pension funds posted only a moderate gain over the first quarter, 2002, according to new data from consultants Watson Wyatt.

The firm’s SEMP 2002 survey showed that the median performance of all segregated funds managed on a balanced basis rose only +0,3% during Q1, and the inter-quartile ranged from +0.1% to +0.6%. Year...
