UK/IRELAND - The £1.3bn Associated British Foods Pension Scheme has sold an office investment for £9.1m through Chesterton Property Investment Management.
The 40,000 sq ft Galleria, in Crawley, West Sussex – which is let to Virgin Holidays, until September 2014 – was sold to an Irish institution.
