US - Legg Mason, the US broker dealer has paid US$1m in settling charges of late trading with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
According to the SEC, Legg Mason allowed orders placed after the 4pm ET cut off time to receive the current day’s NAV. Orders received after 4pm should be priced according to the next day’s NAV....
