US - Citigroup has reportedly agreed to pay over US$15m to settle charges of misleading documentation and inadequate disclosure in retirement seminars for former BellSouth employees in North and South Carolina.
The National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) has fined Citigroup $3m, and ordered it to pay $12.2m in restitution to over 200 customers, to be paid through a related class action settlemen...
