NETHERLANDS - The members of the Unilever pension scheme are taking the fund's board to court over allegations of insufficient inflation-based increases.
Although current payment rates are unaffected, members have expressed fears that recent changes to regulations governing how the fund is paid will result in increases below inflation in the future....
