NYSLRS defends same sex marriage

US - The New York State and Local Retirement System (NYSLRS) will vigorously defend its recognition of Canadian same sex marriages in a law suit calling to halt the practice.

The conservative group Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) filed the suit against New York comptroller Alan Hevesi’s office in a bid to stop MYSLRS recognising same sex marriages taken place in Canada. ...
