CPRB confirms TDC/TRS merger delay

US - The West Virginia Consolidated Public Retirement Board (CPRB) said it could not predict when the court case surrounding the proposed merger between the Teachers Defined Contribution Retirement System (TDC) and Teachers' Retirement System (TRS) would conclude.

However it did confirm that due to the court case, the merger would not happen on 1 July this year. The TDC/TRS merger was approved last month, but certain TDC members filed a lawsuit to prevent...
