Pensions Regulator accused of jail threat

The Pensions Regulator threatened Professional Pensions news editor Jenna Towler with imprisonment last week after she revealed a factually correct story regarding GP Nobel
These accusations have raised fears of the regulator’s secretive and unaccountable behaviour.
The Regulator issued Towler a draconian warning last Thursday after PP published a story revealing the regulator’s investigations. The watchdog said Towler’s story could land her in jail.
