The event
The UK Pensions Awards are the industry's most prestigious accolades for UK scheme providers.
The prizegiving gala dinner is the single biggest event in the corporate pensions calendar and will be attended by over 1300 guests.
It brings together investment managers, consultants, scheme managers, trustees and senior industry figures under one roof and is a veritable who's who of the pensions industry.
The 2008 UK Pensions Awards will mark the 11th anniversary of the event and will be held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on Tuesday, April 22, 2008.
The awards
The awards aim to recognise the providers that offer the highest level of service to occupational pension schemes and their members.
Nominees are judged against set criteria – innovation, communication, performance / benefit to clients and service standards - and also asked to submit a general overview.
The submissions are being considered by a panel of judges made up of professionals from across the occupational pensions industry and chaired by PP editor Len Roberts.
